Annette Figueredo has been a Harymonyum practitioner since 2006 and specializes in natural women’s health. Annette is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive Postpartum Healer, Ayurvedic Bodywork Practitioner, Naam Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Medicinal Aromatherapist and Spiritual Fertility Coach. She is also pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with the Townsend Institute at Concordia University (in Irvine, California) led by world-renowned Psychotherapist, Dr. John Townsend – the founder of the Townsend Competence & Character Growth Model.

Annette has a unique, custom-made approach to helping others heal their own deep waters. Her delicate, gentle and proactive approach combines extremely effective therapeutic tools that result in palpable long-term change for the individual.

Annette incorporates breathwork, sounding and metaphysical techniques along with other modalities like Ayurvedic bodywork, marma points and Craniosacral Therapy to loosen restrictions and move stuck energy in the body, thereby allowing one to self-correct and restore naturally.

Annette graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, and resides in Miami with her 5-year-old son, Jack.
