Kathrin has been teaching Naam Yoga® and Shakti Naam™ in Los Angeles, New York City & in Europe since 2007, including at NAAM LA, a homeless shelter in Santa Monica, a homeless refuge for youth in Venice, Recovery & Senior centers, Gyms, and Hospitals. She is trained in Naam Yoga (Levels I- III), Shakti Naam, Sukshma Viyayama, Kabbalah of Birth & Beyond™, Universal Kabbalah, Harmonyum Healing 1–4, Harmonyum @ a Distance, Hatha Yoga, WOTE Medicinal Aromatherapy, and Reiki 1 & 2.

As a professional bilingual voice-over artist, award-winning audiobook narrator and actor, with a degree in Directing, Kathrin continues her vision of merging art, music and performance with healing. Her motto “B the Light” hopes to inspire everyone to keep moving forward towards harmony, health and balance, and paying it forward by shining for others.

Her deepest and heartfelt gratitude belongs to all of her teachers, including her parents and grandparents, and especially her spiritual teacher Dr. Levry, with whom she has been studying since 2005.

She teaches a free BEACH YOGA class through Naam LA, and enjoys beach life in Venice, California.
